· Aftering some years dedicated to university teaching, Angélica Zdunic decided to undertake a task not documented in current bibliography. She decided to write about the application of the Zulliger Test CS in the selection of job-seekers (Cf. Book: El Test de Zulliger en Evaluación de Personal. Aportes del Sistema Comprehensivo de Exner. Editorial Paidós, Bs. As. 1999)

· Together with a group of colleagues working with the test the need was seen to validate its findings in Argentina.

· Thereby in 1997 the so called GIZ (Zulliger Interest Group) was established to study the Zulliger Test and its practical aplication. Already Drs. Mahamood, Mattlar an Sandahl had created ZIG in Europe, 1993.

· Since then, although members have been rotating (between twelve to fifteen specialists are permanent) GIZ-Argentina has being dedicated to research and teaching. Findings and other conclusions have been presented in paper to Congresses, seminars and training workshops.

· As a natural outcome of activities, GIZ-Argentina began to also work as consultant in the area of "Human Resources" for business and industry.

· Presently counselling is given to different companies. Reliable assessment methods and a long record in investigation undersigns this activity.
